No. I offer EMDR Intensives because they offer a greater depth of therapeutic break through and better results than traditional therapy. They help you to feel better faster in a shorter period of time.

I offer both! Sessions can be in person in St Louis or online for anyone in Missouri, Idaho, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. Many people prefer to meet online from the comfort of their own home. Others enjoy the connection of being in the same room together. It depends on your comfort level and what works best for you.

EMDR Intensives are offered on weekdays Monday - Friday from 9am-4pm. They are typically scheduled 1-3 months in advance.

I work using an Intensive model which means we have longer sessions and fewer appointments. This accelerated format allows us to go deeper so you can feel better faster.

The EMDR Intensive is structured into 3 parts:

1) Pre-Intensive Session (90 min)
2) Intensive Sessions (3 hours each)
3) Post-Intensive Session (90 min)

No, I do not accept insurance. All of my services are private pay - with a credit card, FSA, or HSA.

I am happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork (superbill / receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for a portion of the session fee.

Please know that not all insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers and some plans may have a deductible or an allowable amount. I recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your card and speak to a representative for details about your specific plan.

EMDR Intensive Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-renfundable.

The remaining balance is due on Day 1 of the Intensive

By booking the Intensive, you have purchased this time and it is yours unless you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to Day 1

If you cancel the EMDR Intensive within 2 weeks of Day 1, you will be charged the total amount of the Intensive Package.
